The year is wrapping up, and we’re taking a moment to look back on some of the remarkable moments that took place during 2024!
B2B2C Program Launch
In 2024, we were proud to implement our innovative B2B2C program. We listened to the concerns of the eye care professional community and developed this program to improve patient compliance and care, while facilitating their ability to easily re-order doctor-prescribed dry eye products. This program supports our company mission of being devoted to pushing the boundaries, enriching lives, and shaping the future of eye care, while bringing complete relief to dry eye and ocular surface disease patients worldwide. We believe this initiative will be greatly beneficial to both doctors and patients as we collectively aim for further growth and success.
New 3PL in Western Canada
This year, we opened a new shipping facility located in Calgary, Alberta which will manage all logistic requirements for our customers in Western Canada. This warehouse will significantly enhance the value we offer to clients located in this region, allowing for faster shipping times and more efficient order fulfillment. This strategic decision to add logistic capabilities in the West marks a substantial milestone in I-MED Pharma’s commitment.
New & Improved I-PEN®

We were thrilled to relaunch one of our exceptional tools to help diagnose dry eye, the new and improved I-PEN® Tear Osmolarity System! The I-PEN®, the world’s first portable device to detect and measure the tear film osmolarity levels associated with dry eye disease, recently underwent a redesign. It is a quick, precise, and user-friendly device to help eye care professionals assess their patients’ level of dry eye disease that is now sporting a whole new look and ergonomic design!
New Faces in the I-MED Pharma Team
Two new additions to our management team came on board in 2024. Tal Tuchman, our new Director of Finance, brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership and strategic planning. Julien Dery, our new National Sales Manager, is overseeing our Canadian sales team. His vast experience in sales management and sales strategy will bring value as we continue to grow our market presence.
Events & Shows

It’s always a pleasure to attend events where we get to catch up with our colleagues in the eye care world and form new connections. In 2024, we were delighted to exhibit at a grand total of 18 events and shows, and to distribute some prizes to the lucky winners of our in-booth giveaway contests!
Additionally, we collaborated with the Academy of Ophthalmic Education to host two Scientific Symposiums entitled “Dry Eye Disease: Conquering Challenges, Optimal Solutions and Expert Insights” in Montreal and Toronto. As the leader in dry eye with a firm commitment to R&D, we were pleased to offer these events focused on the science behind dry eye, where four renowned dry eye experts, along with members of our team, discussed dry eye diagnosis, advanced treatment options, and best management practices to enhance patient care!
Giving Back
